George and Lucy have extensive experience as theatre education practitioners and academic tutors. We are passionate about Paperback's dedication to outreach and creative learning. We offer workshops out to schools and local community groups exploring acting/writing techniques and/or the company's adaptation process.

These workshops allow us to hand the ideas and stories we are tackling in the rehearsal room and on stage over to our audiences and communities and see how they respond to them. We believe these workshops create a platform for the groups we work with to think about things differently - be it a social issue or a school set-text - as well as offering an opportunity for them to get creative and present their own work.

 

Schools: our work is particularly suitable for GCSE and A Level English Lit and Drama students.
