Live at the Hive is an inclusive Folk* Open Mic hosted at the Moseley Hive, Alcester Road, Birmingham.

This has come out of the Folk Open Mic nights which were run to great success at Paperback Theatre's Little but LIVE! festival over the last few years and the demand to make it a regular event. 

​

Doors are at 7. We'll have a donation bar and you are welcome to bring your own food from one of the brilliant local takeaways. Music starts at 7.30pm

And please come along even if you don't want to play anything! It's a wonderful chance to get to hear and see some of Birmingham's incredibly talented musical community.

*we use the term folk very loosely and would love to see as wide a variety of acts as possible - everyone is welcome, if you want to come and play but sure you're the right fit you can also email us for reassurance.
